If a leader did not keep sustainability in mind, his or her team cannot do their job in a sustainable way. Not only the human resource, but also some other resource will be wasted too. For example, the electricity, gas, water or a piece of paper may be used inefficiently. Under this situation, the organiz ations hardly gain maximum financial profit.
